Jingyue Central Park is a collaborative project between Shuishi Design and Shanghai Garden Group EPCO. Commissioned by Changchun Jingyue Management Committee and Jingfa Group, 

it integrates design, procurement, construction, and operation with the goal of maximizing social and economic value, maximizing quality, reducing costs, meeting schedule, and promoting the 

sustainable and healthy development and operation of the project throughout its entire lifecycle.

The integrated design approach and formal language enable the buildings and landscapes within the park to blend and permeate with each other, presenting a coordinated and symbiotic aesthetic effect. 

Landscape planning dominates the overall spatial layout and ensures the rationality and coordination of the overall design. The designer responsibility system maximizes the establishment of the design 

orientation in EPCO, resulting in high-quality and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.
